Head of GMP Equalisation

📋 Description

• Own and develop policy and methodology for GMP equalisation
• Maintain documentation, governance and controls across actuarial approaches
• Specify, test and sign off GMP equalisation systems and tools
• Ensure compliance with legislation, case law, tax guidance and industry guidance
• Oversee GMP equalisation models under end-user computing standards
• Partner with New Business PRT colleagues to communicate our proposition

🎯 Requirements

• Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries
• Extensive knowledge of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes
• Significant experience advising DB Schemes on GMP Equalisation
• Strong understanding of legal, regulatory and industry guidance
• Experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects
• Clear communication style to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
