• PTA provides home health visits as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Position is per diem and based in Florence/ Marion, SC office.
• Supports rehabilitative care and skilled nursing for clients.

🎯 Requirements

• SC licensure/certification current.
• Graduate of a 2-year APTA-approved program.
• Two years PTA experience and proficiency exam pre-1977 qualified.
• At least 1 year PTA work under a licensed PT.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor.
