📋 Description
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and interact with customers
- Respond to queries via ZenDesk, Amazon Connect or other tools
- Document and log issues, compliments, and complaints
- Guide customers through application flow when needed
- Track customer experiences across channels using logs and CRM
🎯 Requirements
- Experience coordinating with third-party vendors
- Strong front-facing customer service background
- Experience closing for loan origination
- Document handling, title knowledge; familiarity with loan docs
- 2+ years in US loan or mortgage account tasks
- Excellent written communication and organization
