📋 Description

• Architect and build an agentic design system platform with reusable components, patterns
• Develop automated intake and evaluation systems that triage design requests while upholding
• Build release QA automation to identify design-system issues before production.
• Create production telemetry and feedback loops to measure performance and inform improvements.
• Lead moonshot initiatives exploring agentic customer experiences and emerging technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience building and scaling agentic design systems with automated docs
• Proven experience developing production or release infrastructure such as automated pipelines
• Strong familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes/EKS on AWS, and GitHub CI/CD or equivalent production
• Judgment balancing automation with human oversight, with ability to justify decisions through
• Track record leading ambiguous, cross-functional, exploratory, or moonshot initiatives to shipped
• Ability to operate as the first or only person in a function, creating systems, processes, and
