📋 Description
- Contribute to the evolution of how Network Operations can be automated and transformed for global
- Lead customers in identifying high-impact automation targets via ITSM data analysis
- Analyze customer networks, playbooks, and design docs to craft automation solutions
- Train and develop customer engineers to continue automation on NetBrain
- Architect automation for key network operations tasks using Runbook, Qapp, Dataview, and
- Engage with vendor partners and research public knowledge to create automation content
🎯 Requirements
- US Citizenship
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT or related field
- 8+ years in software development, network engineering, or related roles
- Solid understanding of network tools: monitoring, incident management, log analysis
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; good cross-team collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 + Bonus
