- Create, coordinate, and maintain staff rosters for NDIS and healthcare providers, ensuring
- Monitor staffing requirements and address gaps, availability conflicts, and scheduling constraints.
- Manage last-minute roster changes, cancellations, and urgent staffing requirements while
- Communicate with support workers and clients to confirm availability, shift details, and scheduling
- Update rostering systems and maintain accurate records of schedules, staff availability, and shift
- Coordinate with management to optimise workforce allocation and ensure staffing resources align
🎯 Requirements
- Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce coordination, or workforce planning
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail when managing multiple shifts and
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with support workers, clients, and
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make practical decisions when scheduling
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise urgent requests while maintaining routine
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and stay composed in a fast-paced
