📋 Description

• Design, prototype, and implement agentic AI systems across enterprise workflows
• Build architectures combining planning, tool use, retrieval, memory, evaluation, orchestration, and
• Investigate how agents reason, coordinate, recover from errors, and interact with external systems
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure behavior, task completion, reliability, and robustness
• Create tools to observe, debug, test, and improve agent behavior
• Collaborate with AI Researchers/Engineers and customer stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building agentic AI systems using models, tools, retrieval, planning, memory, or
• Strong engineering fundamentals: Python, debugging stateful systems
• Systems-level reasoning about prompts, tools, context, evaluators, state, and APIs
• Research-oriented builder mindset with experimental design skills
• AI-native working style with daily use of AI tools for coding and debugging
• Ownership mentality to ensure reliable, safe production systems
