🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in disputes, fraud risk prevention/detection within FinTech/tech.
• 5+ years in fraud management or people management roles, leading managers or senior ICs.
• Strong strategic planning, risk management, and prioritization skills.
• Executive communication and ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams through major change; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Experience with AI project-driven initiatives and data-driven methodologies to drive efficiency.
