• Lead regional real estate team across Inland Empire properties
• Oversee supervision and financial operations for multiple communities
• Partner with on-site teams to implement business plans
• Maintain fiduciary obligations and client trust
• Ensure regular reporting and compliance with policies
• Drive property appearance and vendor management to company standards

🎯 Requirements

• Active California Real Estate License (required)
• 3-5 years multi-family portfolio management experience
• Strong financial acumen
• Experience with Entrata and Rent optimization tools (YieldStar, LRO) a plus
• Professional credentials (CPM, ARM) a plus; Bachelor's degree a plus
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for travel
