- 5+ years in data, technology, or technical services
- 3+ years building and managing high-performing teams
- Analytical depth in data curation workflows and data quality metrics
- Ability to execute with speed, while maintaining quality
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Fast learner and strong work ethic
