🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, CS, or related field.
5+ years ERP/enterprise software experience (Acumatica, Odoo, SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
3+ years people management experience.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and prioritization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership and coaching abilities.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
