📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one support, coaching, and training to individuals with IDD in integrated community
• Help individuals explore career interests, secure employment, and develop skills for long-term
• Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of working with people with disabilities
• Advocate for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations
• Make an impact on the community

🎯 Requirements

• One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Flexible availability
