• Own end-to-end UX for a product area with AI-powered SaaS product
• Make quality vs speed trade-offs while maintaining UX standards
• Develop deep knowledge of user workflows via direct research
• Own patterns and interactions; contribute to a shared design language
• Evaluate AI UX patterns for specific use cases
• Combine UX/UI with AI-native workflows across fidelities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning UX for a product area from research to shipped interfaces
• Strong UX/UI, interaction, and product design; trade-offs communication
• Hands-on user research, workflow mapping, documentation
• Experience implementing at least one significant AI-powered workflow in SaaS
• Understand AI UX patterns and appropriate evaluation methodology
• Proficiency with AI-powered design tools; understanding of foundation models
