📋 Description

• Establish a TPM operating model covering planning, governance, dependencies, risk, and exec
• Define measures for program health, readiness, and launch readiness.
• Lead high-priority, technically complex initiatives across Product and Engineering.
• Build integrated program plans with milestones, sequencing, and decisions.
• Surface delivery risks with strong technical judgment and architecture context.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-impact TPM team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical/program management, engineering PM, or related field.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience (TPMs or tech leads).
• Experience evolving program-management practices in a growing tech org.
• Track record leading large, multi-team, technically complex initiatives.
• Strong technical fluency across systems, APIs, data flows, constraints, trade-offs.
• Expertise in dependency management, risk management, governance, and launch readiness.
