📋 Description

• Build, scale and industrialize operational processes for the Armenian market.
• Automate insurance processes (e.g., parsing reimbursement requests, recovery).
• Deliver health services offerings with full ownership of deliverables.
• Industrialize processes and organization to reach operational excellence.
• Run and scale daily operations, manage member affiliation, and handle partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Strong English communication; French is highly valued.
• Ability to define a vision and translate it into actionable plans and roadmaps.
• Experience building and optimizing processes for quality, performance, and scalability.
• Hands-on, highly organized; comfortable in cross-functional settings with different stakeholders.
• Bonus: Healthcare/insurance experience and SQL knowledge for data drilling.
