• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Coordinate client services and urgent scheduling issues
• Manage your Client Services Manager caseload
• Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community orgs
• Collaborate with the team and ensure clear communication
• Monitor metrics to manage caseloads and admissions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Medicare and OASIS is a plus
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Supervisory experience a plus
• Strong history of taking on responsibility and achieving goals
• Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast pace env
