Facility Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Timely completion of work lists
• Check HVAC, door, interior/exterior lighting, roof and premises on routine schedule
• Maintain building systems incl. lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and security
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed
• Electrical incl bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry
• Patrol building exterior for garbage; snow/salt and other groundwork

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
• Read machine prints and perform machine repair
• Work well under pressure
• Experience in installation of piping, electrical and control circuits
• Relevant technical knowledge; HVAC certified preferred
• Production environment experience a plus
