• 3+ years in broker dealer/financial services/crypto ops
• Strong learning mindset and team collaboration
• Detail-oriented, fast-paced, adaptable to change
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Excel
• Nice to have: crypto familiarity, wallet/trading knowledge, SQL, Python
