Database Admin Engineer - US

📋 Description

• Own our database infrastructure for stability and performance
• Monitor, alert, and respond to production issues
• Optimize MySQL configurations for production environments
• Improve schemas, indexes, and query patterns with engineers
• Plan upgrades, migrations, and config changes with minimal risk
• Support junior teammates and promote knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of production MySQL or similar DB experience
• Cloud experience and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• AWS RDS/Aurora or Azure DB experience preferred
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
