📋 Description

• Lead store operations as part of the store leadership team to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Coach team via delegation, feedback, and performance to achieve optimal results.
• Perform ongoing inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Manage reporting, budgets, expenses, and supply management with Operations/Visual Managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to mentor staff
• Strong business acumen with metrics-driven decision making
• Experience in inventory control, receiving/shipment, and floor operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for long shifts
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
