📋 Description

• ICU/pediatric HICU Hospital at Home nurse role
• Care for infants/children in home setting after hospital
• Team-based environment; extension of hospital care team
• Deliver skilled nursing care and family training
• Full-time daytime schedule in New Castle, DE area

🎯 Requirements

• Current LPN license
• At least 1 year verifiable LPN experience
• NICU/PICU/ICU or home care trach/vent experience
• Infusion, tracheostomy/ventilator care competence
• Pediatric home health care experience preferred
• Excellent teamwork and communication
