RN - 1:1 Adult Nursing

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 nursing care at a client’s home in Philadelphia.
• Care for a 72-year-old with a trach; training provided for high-acuity needs.
• Role supports hospital-level care in the home with autonomy.

🎯 Requirements

• Active nursing license in good standing (state where servicing).
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care preferred but not required initially.
• Willingness to train for home-based, high-acuity care.
• Strong communication and clinical skills for 1:1 client care.
