VP, Head of Risk Underwriting North America

📋 Description

• Lead a team of credit professionals across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
• Make strategic credit limit decisions and drive portfolio risk management initiatives.
• Present underwriting proposals to Coface Group to support profitable growth and minimize losses.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align underwriting strategy with business objectives.
• Oversee a 24-person team with 3 direct and 2 dotted-line reports; focus on development and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting; MBA in Finance preferred.
• 5-10+ years in credit/financial analysis; 5-7+ years managing high-performance teams.
• Strong knowledge of trade credit insurance and Coface products.
• Ability to discuss macroeconomics and financial topics with C-Suite executives.
• Excellent communication; proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, SharePoint, and Copilot.
