🎯 Requirements

• You have 5+ years in newsroom/creative/digital media with Wordpress & Canva or similar
• Passion for journalism, social media, and digital marketing; willing to learn video for social
• Adaptable to fast-moving digital startup with trends and data awareness
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving
• You're a leader comfortable managing a team and guiding goals
• Photo sourcing is a plus
