Quality & Training Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support quality assurance, caregiver development, client service, and community relationships in
• Investigate and resolve client complaints and incidents; conduct quality assurance visits.
• Coordinate caregiver training, maintain documentation, and collaborate with partners.
• Structure own day, manage investigations, and represent Cambrian professionally.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
• Experience in caregiving, training, QA, investigations, or related environments.
• Training and presentation skills; ability to train individuals and groups.
• Physical: bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
