Customer Care Technician - Night Shift

📋 Description

• Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, locker rooms, and offices
• Maintain lab cleanliness and sterility for production/testing
• Stock and organize supplies for all areas
• Operate Microsoft Applications for charting, email, training
• Follow SOPs; perform tasks independently or in a team
• Complete documentation in a regulated environment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service, detail orientation
• Experience housekeeping in medical/lab/clean room
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours/day
• Pass full physical and drug test to work in active role
