Laboratory Analyst I (Tues-Sat), Eurofins Environment Testing Northeast, Buffalo NY

📋 Description

• The Analyst I prepares and analyzes environmental samples per EPA methods.
• Work schedule: Tue-Sat 9:00am-6:00pm in Buffalo, NY.
• Compensation: $18-20/hour DOE; 5% shift differential; benefits offered.
• Follow GMP/GLP principles; maintain safety and QA standards.
• Handle sample prep, chemical analyses, data calculation and reporting.
• Operate routine instruments and maintain lab area.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Chemistry or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years prep/analytical experience in environmental lab preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with written/verbal instructions.
• Proficiency with basic math; detail-oriented; multi-task capable.
• Ability to train on GC, GC/MS, AAS, ICP and instrument systems.
