🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong data analysis and statistics foundation; ability to translate findings into actions.
• Exceptional communication and coaching skills; able to influence without formal authority.
• Strong project management and multi-priority execution.
• Ownership mindset with focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
