• Lead and develop your outpatient PT team at Peak Physical Therapy.
• Oversee clinic culture, patient outcomes, and clinician growth.
• Provide leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and clinic performance.
• Partner with central teams to support operations and patient experience.
• Drive referrals and community relationships to grow the clinic.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible in applicable state).
• Leadership experience; ability to mentor clinicians and staff.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care.
• Ability to lead scheduling, operations, and patient-centered care.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
