📋 Description

• Lead governance and delivery for PayIt Outdoors multi-client engagements.
• Bridge exec-level and delivery teams to ensure cadence, risk, and scope alignment.
• Own end-to-end coordination across implementation, product, and engineering.
• Establish repeatable program management framework and reporting.
• Mentor and scale a team of program and project managers as Outdoors grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in program or project management with multiple client-facing implementations.
• Proven ability to work with C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Track record building delivery governance, cadence, escalation, and portfolio visibility.
• Experience across product and engineering with technical fluency to discuss delivery risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate delivery reality into clear
• Strong organization, follow-through; no task gets overlooked.
