• Seasonal Operations Associate supports store goals during peak periods by delivering guest
• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment activities.
• Maintain strong visual standards and stockroom processes to ensure efficient operation.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs of the team and guests.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results and work well in a team
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
