📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes with a focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink
• Support shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business needs
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow; maintain strong stockroom standards
• Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support strategies
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively ensuring customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team
