Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Oxmoor Center

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues with store leadership
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and improve product flow
• Move dynamically on retail floor to support business and guests
• Assist with shipment handling, receiving, and processing duties
• Support stockroom operations, floor replenishment, and floor set updates

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales or operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to stand/move for entire shift; adaptable to shift coverage during holiday period
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively with team and leadership
