Supplier Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee supplier list cleansing, data enrichment, and account connection management
• Manage high-volume operational workflows and SLA adherence (48-hour targets)
• Partner with Sales, Salesforce Development, and internal teams to ensure quality and alignment
• Design and improve search and automation to boost accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate cross-team automation initiatives and resource planning during peak workloads
• Monitor data quality, perform system cross checks, and support process documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Proficient in SQL and Python; experience with automation scripting
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, automation, and VBA
• Familiarity with data enrichment tools and data normalization processes
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities
