🎯 Requirements
- 1–2+ years of hands-on Google Demand Gen/legacy Discovery experience.
- 4+ years of overall Google Ads experience with direct-response eCommerce focus.
- Strong experience with Google Search; familiarity with YouTube Ads and Performance Max.
- Analytical, data-driven with strong ownership and autonomy.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; overlap with US business hours.
