Sr. Manager, Operations Communications

📋 Description

• Strategic advisor to the COO on audience, timing, tone, and channel.
• Develop and manage the COO’s organizational narrative and message architecture.
• Prepare the COO for All Hands, employee engagements, and internal milestones.
• Collaborate with External Communications for speaking engagements and executive content.
• Partner with Marketing to shape brand strategy for physical operations and infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in executive/internal/strategic communications supporting C-suite in a complex org.
• Ability to simplify technical/operational complexity for broad audiences.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management; discretion with sensitive info.
• Fluency with AI tools; comfortable using them to streamline day-to-day tasks.
• Experience in AI, cloud, enterprise tech or other fast-moving, technical industries is preferred.
• Experience supporting infrastructure-intensive businesses is a plus.
