• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships with hardware partners
• Define end-to-end logistics flow for hardware customers
• Oversee reverse logistics for new hardware partners
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define roadmaps for logistics automation
• Manage milestones and cross-functional initiatives (ordering, reverse logistics)
• Monitor delivery performance and cost metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in supply chain, operations, vendor management, logistics, or project management
• Strong written/verbal communication and empathy for solving user problems
• Data-driven decision making
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with attention to detail
• Experience scaling user support and improving operational processes
• Ability to execute complex operational projects with multiple stakeholders
