📋 Description

• Independently execute analytical testing to generate reliable results using separations-based
• Troubleshoot analytical issues and design, develop, and optimize robust analytical methods.
• Coordinate analytical activities with cross-functional teams for pipeline programs.
• Implement and innovate new protocols to improve method performance and efficiency.
• Address technical issues in a timely manner and read relevant literature for project work.
• Share learnings with stakeholders and maintain accurate lab records and data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience (5 years or 2 years respectively).
• Strong protein biochemistry knowledge and analytical method development
• Proficient in analytical instrumentation (e.g., Agilent HPLC, Maurice, PA800).
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and high-throughput automation.
• Experience with data analysis tools and statistical methods.
• Ability to deliver within short timelines and mentor junior staff.
