📋 Description
- Oversee on-site ATL data center operations
- Lead technicians and engineers to ensure uptime, efficiency, safety
- Coordinate with facilities and capacity planning teams
- Collaborate with data center architects and product owners
- Serve as local escalation point for infra challenges
- Travel as needed and be onsite in Atlanta
🎯 Requirements
- 6–10 years in data center ops
- 3+ years of team leadership or site management
- Deep knowledge of compute, storage, networking, cooling
- GPU deployments and liquid cooling a plus
- Strong facility infra knowledge: electrical, PDUs, cooling
- Experience with Jira and Kanban workflows
