📋 Description

• Lead movement of vehicles from assembly to staging
• Oversee final inspections and prep for shipment
• Provide day-to-day guidance for VQR associates
• Monitor quality and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate with production, detailing, and shipping
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in vehicle detailing, inspection, quality control, automotive production, or logistics
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving
• Minimum G2 license with a clean driving record
• Post-secondary education preferred
