📋 Description
- Execute and improve daily market ops procedures for the IEX Options exchange.
- Develop deep expertise in IEX systems, market function, and order types.
- Collaborate with Technology, Product, Regulatory, and Biz teams.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in market operations or related trading roles.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. options market structure and electronic trading.
- Experience building automation tools and data-driven processes.
- Proficiency with Python and scripting; Git experience preferred.
- Comfort with complex data and time‑sensitive environments.
- Willingness to partner with Tech, Compliance, and Business teams.
