• Strategic leader for educator development across KIPP Texas
• Design and execute year-long professional learning aligned to goals
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to operationalize PL at scale
• Monitor success metrics and teacher development outcomes
• Lead a team: vision, hiring, coaching, accountability
• Support state-wide strategy and client campus needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years PK-12 teaching with results; 2+ years adult training; 2+ years instructional coaching
• Proven change leadership and cross-department collaboration
• Excellence in designing professional learning
• Strong cross-department needs alignment and project management
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
