📋 Description

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement WelbeHealth nutrition services.
• Deliver nutrition services, including assessments and counseling to participants.
• Serve as liaison between WelbeHealth and food/supplement providers, develop menus, ensure
• Participate in care planning to make nutrition central to participant care.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with at least two years directing nutrition services in healthcare.
• Current BLS and First Aid certification.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication with seniors, families, and IDT.
• At least one year of experience with frail or elderly population.
