📋 Description

• Lead reporting design, data pipelines, and validation for core clinical metrics (Permanent CVC
• Partner with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders on metric definitions, baselines
• Build and optimize advanced SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models to support scalable self-serve
• Automate KR reporting to eliminate manual compilation.
• Conduct peer reviews, quality checks, and root-cause analysis on clinical data anomalies.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of progressive experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare BI, or product analytics.
• Advanced SQL mastery and extensive experience with cloud data platforms (Google Cloud Platform /
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR data structures, and clinical quality metrics.
• Python/ETL scripting skills are strong pluses.
