Scientific Director / Senior Medical Director, Medical Affairs - Global Oncology Pipeline (Prostate Cancer)

📋 Description

• Lead medical input into disease area and asset strategies in the prostate cancer portfolio.
• Oversee pipeline medical evidence generation via company studies and collaborations.
• Provide in-house medical expertise coordinating with internal/external stakeholders.
• Develop medical expert engagement strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Shape early scientific narratives, messaging, and congress planning.
• Support development of medical education programs and communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree PhD or PharmD; postdoc preferred.
• 10-15 years in pharma with 7-10 years in Medical Affairs (global experience preferred).
• Strong prostate cancer knowledge; experience in oncology beneficial.
• Knowledge of clinical trials, data analysis, regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership in global cross-functional teams.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
