📋 Description

• Strategic advisor for international customers in the Americas.
• Owns jurisdictional guidance on global employment and EOR practices.
• Lead complex cross-border HR scenarios and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Operations to shape go-to-market strategies.
• Manage high-value accounts and complex Americas-specific needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in a customer-facing international HR role, EOR expertise preferred.
• Proven track record handling complex global HR conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
• Knowledge of HR tech and international employment compliance (Americas).
• Experience collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders.
• JIRA, Zendesk, Notion experience a plus; multilingual a plus.
