Machine Safety Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and deploy engineered controls to eliminate or reduce workplace hazards across our
• Apply mechanical engineering principles to improve safety, ergonomics, material handling, and
• Develop solutions including lifting devices, ergonomic workstations, equipment modifications
• Lead projects from concept through implementation; create drawings, specs, and design packages.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions; perform testing and validation.
• Troubleshoot design challenges with operational feedback; support installation and deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years engineering experience in equipment design, manufacturing, automation, or related areas.
• Proven track record delivering projects from concept to implementation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with fabrication vendors, machine shops, equipment suppliers, or maintenance teams.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
