📋 Description

• Support store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences aligned with the ALO brand
• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Assist with shipment, receiving, and in-store product flow to maintain stock levels.
• Maintain visual standards and assist with floor set updates and replenishment.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric sales or operational environment (retail preferred).
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds; stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate product concerns clearly.
• Team player with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Comfort with fast-paced, holiday-season retail schedules.
