Senior Collections Analyst

📋 Description

• Own a large, global portfolio of commercial accounts end-to-end
• Drive outreach and secure payment commitments
• Resolve billing disputes and complex multi-party issues
• Advise on payment history and account risk for hard holds
• Manage withholding tax reconciliation across international portfolios
• Collaborate with Sales, Billing, Credit, Revenue, Order Management, Treasury, and Legal

🎯 Requirements

• Strong dunning, dispute/deduction management, and collections strategy
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Analytical, cross-functional problem solving and clear communication
• Ability to prioritize a high-volume portfolio and meet deadlines
• Office-based role in Lehi, UT with policy-aligned travel/leave

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: USD 73,000 – 110,000
