📋 Description

• Manage litigation matters across all phases, aligning with business goals.
• Counsel on IP, privacy, commercial, and regulatory disputes.
• Assess threats and propose resolution paths with minimal disruption.
• Onboard and manage outside counsel; monitor budgets and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• JD with active US state bar membership (California preferred).
• 15+ years in complex commercial litigation (in-house or firm).
• Strong knowledge of litigation practice and procedural history.
• Excellent analytical and collaborative skills with business acumen.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts for executives/engineers.
• Hands-on, low-ego, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
